Confectionary

Confectionary sugar is powdered sugar that is available in different grades of fineness, including 6x, 10x, and 12x.  The more Xs, the finer the grind on the powdered sugar.  Champion Foods’s confectionary sugar is great for baking purposes, like icing and frosting.  Powdered sugar is made utilizing a small amount of anti-caking agent, such as corn starch, to preserve the fine, powdered texture. All of our powdered sugar is Kosher and available to be packaged under our label or our customer’s own private label.
